TEQUILA LIME CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (feel free to omit this, I never use it)
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon tequila

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine ingredients in shallow dish
• Marinade 1 lb. (boneless, skinnless) chicken breasts overnight
• Grill, broil or bake
• Top with pico de gallo or salsa of your choice
