Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 5oz crushed pineapple, drain well
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except 1 cup of pecans. Form into ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
- Wrap in foil and chill overnight.
- Serve with crackers.
