- Romaine lettuce
- Broccoli crowns
- 4 chopped green onions
Topping Ingredients:
- Ramen noodles
- 1 cup walnut, chopped
- 1 stick butter
Directions:
Melt butter. Crush ramen noodles (discard flavor packet). Brown ramen noodles and walnuts. Drain on paper towel.- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Combine all ingredients when ready to serve.
